Aneeta Rattan, PhD

Mindsets and Diversity Lab

My goal is to improve belonging, achievement, and equity in organizations.

With my PhD students, I study how lay theories, or mindsets, can transform diversity in organizations, improve sense of belonging and reducing experiences of bias from colleagues for racial minorities, women, and individuals who identify as LGBTQ+, disabled, or lower social class
